White Monochouse Render – Park Gate
HPS Plastering Ltd Were engaged as a principle sub contractor, by the main contractor to apply a machine applied Pral.M White Monochouce Render System to all of the facades of this extension to a property near Swanmore Hampshire. The render system has been applied by our PFT G4 machine in just one day, which allowed a very quick release of the scaffolding for a speedy programme time.
Thincoat Anti-Crack Render – Emsworth
HPS Plastering Ltd were engaged to find a render solution to failed facade. We specified a Thincoat Anti Crack Rendering System, finished with a off white Silicone Top Coat. All the failed existing coat was removed completely, we professionally undertook all the structural repairs to failed brickwork and lintels as required. The rendering system was machine applied using our PFT Ritmo M, giving a very fast application and early release of the scaffolding to the public foot path. The plinths received a waterproof render and then were decorated with black Liquid Bitumen Emulsion to complete the project.
Lime Render – Salisbury
HPS Plastering Ltd where engaged by our client to completely restore a period property lime render back to its former glory. As specialist’s in render’s and rendering systems, we were the perfect choice to renovate the facades of this 18th century property near to Salisbury back to its former glory. The lime render has a traditional “rubbed up finish” with hand cut Ashlar finish with in-situ run cornice, mouldings and bespoke handmade lime render corbels.
Self Build – West Sussex
HPS Plastering Ltd were engaged as a specialist sub contractor to complete the facades of this self build property in West Sussex. This property has a machine applied Pral.M Monochouce Through Coloured Anti Crack Render System, we used our G4 PFT machine to apply the render system. The complete project was completed in around 4 working days, thus giving early release of scaffolding which reduced the build costs and enabled a fast track programme time, allowing ground works and other finishing trades to be completed quicker over a winter build programme.
Monocouche – Hardway, Hampshire
HPS Plastering Ltd were engaged to specify a through colored render system for a failed and very dated facade for a period property. We specified a Monochouce Anti Crack Rendering System, by using polymer base coat render’s, with reinforcement mesh incorporated we were able to stabilize the “blown brickwork” and reduce costly remedial works in the substrate to provide an even suction and stop “Blocking out” and prevent “Hydration” from occurring when the Weber Pral.M Ivory Monochouce top coat was applied to the substrate.
The rendering system was machine applied using our PFT Ritmo M during the winter of 2013, giving a very fast application and early release of the scaffolding to the public foot path. The plinths received a waterproof render and then were decorated with black Liquid Bitumen Emulsion to complete the project.
